How we process personal data

What data we process

Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to handle your enquiry and to communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data while handling your enquiry. If no contractual relationship follows, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Only our web hosting and email service provider, Websupport s. r. o., Karadžičova 7608/12, 821 08 Bratislava, Slovakia, may access it, processing it on our behalf as a processor.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing.
